I’ve been called an organizational therapist, fractional chief human resources officer, strategic advisor — the labels don’t really matter. I view organizations the way I see humans and ecosystems; complex organic systems that need to be approached holistically for them to be healthy and thrive. That’s what I’m here for. I help you cut to what matters, whether that means getting from A to B or if it means figuring out what B even is. The ground is shifting beneath everyone’s feet. I don’t waste your time (or mine) getting to a place where we co-create value.

Sometimes it is helpful to understand what is outside the scope of a consultant’s services. These are things that I can advise on but generally don’t do:
✘ I do not do large-scale public engagements
✘ I do not do event coordination including venue bookings, catering, or invitations
✘ I do not take minutes or notes; we create content together
✘ I do not post to social media or do other administrative communications
